“Wheat” is an understated, elegant embroidery kit in four natural colors. DMC designer Marie-Dominique Procureur has created a spare but expressive rendering of swaying wheat, using the DMC Eco Vita crewel wool and a high-quality white linen substrate.

Eco Vita is DMC’s 100% organic crewel wool, dyed exclusively with natural colorants like madder root, indigo, walnut, and cochineal. These soft, even threads are used as a single strand and cannot be separated. The fluffy quality of Eco Vita wool gives finished pieces a soft and organic appearance, perfect for natural subjects.

Everything you need is included in this set: a needle, a 5.7″ embroidery hoop, an 8.7″ square piece of white, 28 ct. linen with a pre-printed design, and four skeins of Eco Vita crewel wool. Printed instructions for the project are also included.
