Made in Italy with synthetic fibers imported from Japan, Furetto Synthetic Watercolor Brushes are an excellent, affordable, and all-around useful choice for painting with watercolors, thinned acrylics, or thinned oil paints. These fibers are halfway in between synthetic sable and synthetic squirrel—not too firm, but not too soft either, so they can be used for a wide variety of painting techniques.
Each Furetto brush features a hand-crafted tip that holds its shape and doesn’t lose hairs. The tri-colored tips are made to look like natural hair, but these brushes are 100% vegan. The handle is matte black, tumble-finished, and easy to hold. A silver ferrule, crimped firmly by Tintoretto technicians, completes the construction of these lovely brushes.
